Who should fill out a Report Card?
The Report Card should be completed by any shop owner, manager or estimator who is familiar with the claims handling practices of the insurers your shop commonly interact with.

What about multiple shop locations?
For multiple locations of your business, have each location complete its own Report Card.

Will I get the results?
Yes, for free, and we encourage you to share them with your customers. All collision repair facility representatives who submit a Report Card and provide a valid email address will be notified directly as soon as the results are available for download.
